Equity Golf memberships are limited to just 275 Members for each course to ensure privacy and walk-on access for Members and their guests. The initiation fee for Equity Family Golf Membership is $150,000. A limited number of invitational, Equity Golf Memberships are being offered to non-residents.

Expansive Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s Locker Rooms have generous lounge facilities, private card rooms, media centers, and full dining service. The Golf Shop features an extensive practice facility with a double-ended driving range, short-game practice area with a chipping green, and a large putting green. The luxurious Spa and Sports Club are currently under construction. Villa Toscana will comfortably accommodate golf tournaments, Club parties and large Member-sponsored events.
