The traditional method pulled the features back, which actually flattens the face and gives an unnatural ‘tight’ appearance.” The procedure is done through two tiny, inconspicuous incisions in the hairline and inside the mouth. The sutures are then carefully placed to suspend, reposition, and secure the facial tissues in a vertical, more youthful position. There is less bruising, and recovery time is reduced.
