Like its namesake, Arnold Palmer’s Restaurant is a comfortable classic. Now in its sixth season, the restaurant has garnered a devoted following, and has received the Mobil Travel Guide’s coveted three-star rating, and Wine Spectator’s prestigious Award of Excellence each year for its impressive wine cellar. Arnold Palmer’s Restaurant is a virtual museum of golf history, showcasing memorabilia honoring the game and Palmer’s storied career. Major tournaments are featured in The British Open, US Open and The Master’s rooms; sports and celebrity chums are in Arnie’s Pub; and Palmer’s private side in the Palmer Room. Stacked stone, wood plank floors and fireplaces in every room create a private club setting. Outdoor dining on the patio is relaxing by the cozy fire pit where guests can enjoy a fireside beverage or a bite to eat. Chef/General Manager Brett Maddock takes the menu, service and atmosphere to the next level each season, delighting longtime guests and newcomers alike. Patrons are greeted with warmth and charm by acclaimed restaurant manager Dodi Henry. Henry oversees the top-notch wait staff that provides exceptional service to guests; almost all have been at Arnold Palmer’s since the beginning. The menu at Arnold Palmer’s has something for everyone to enjoy. The steakhouse menu now showcases a selection of succulent all-natural, no-hormone beef. The chef ’s features change seasonally, and anytime’s the right time to dive into one of Arnie’s favorite comfort foods from Beef Medallions Palmer Style (smothered in blue cheese) to Chicken Pot Pie. Chef Maddock’s daily menu selections change every night and he is happy to create dishes for patrons with dietary restrictions. The restaurant is the only place in the world where you can savor Arnold Palmer’s 2005 Reserve Cabernet, available from among the 360 award-winning selections assembled by wine steward Bo Moore. Arnold Palmer’s Restaurant is open for dinner nightly Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10:30 p.m. Arnie’s Pub opens at 3 p.m. and features live music nightly by entertainer Kevin Henry. |
